Description
This toolbox is based on the Claire Medigue, Alessandro Monti, Michel
Sorine (INRIA SISYPHE project) works and software
developped at INRIA. It provides tools for cardiovascular signal
analysis.

Thanks to François Cottin Unité de biologie intégrative des
adaptations à l'exercice (INSERM 902/EA) for data, advices and tests.

Here is the list of functions documented in this toolbox:

AddChannelPlot — Add a subplot to a graph generated by MultiChannelPlot.
Baroreflex_Analysis — Baroreflex analysis using multi channel non stationnary signal
analysis method
CDM_Analysis — Performs the analysis of a narrow band component of the RR signal using
complex demodulation method.
CDM_SPWVD_Analysis — Performs the analysis of a narrow band component of the RR signal
using Smoothed Pseudo Wigner-Ville time-frequency distribution and complex demodulation
methods.
ComplexDemodulation — Perform demodulation of a narrow band signal using complex
demodulation
ExportBaroreflexAnalysis — Export spectral analysis results into a csv or text file.
ExportSpectralAnalysis — Export spectral analysis results into a csv or text file.
MultiChannelPlot — Plot mutichannel signals using subplots
PlotBaroreflexAnalysis — Visualization of the data computed by the Baroreflex_Analysis
functions.
PlotSpectralAnalysis — Visualization of the data computed by the CDM_Analysis,
SPWVD_Analysis or CDM_SPWVD_Analysis functions.
Resample — Resample a discrete time signal
ResampleRR — Resample a RR cardiovalcular signal
SPWVD_Analysis — Performs the analysis of a narrow band component of the RR signal using

Smoothed Pseudo Wigner-Ville time-frequency distribution method.
TimeFrequencyTool — Tool based on time frequency methods
TimeMoments — Computes the time moments of a signal by smoothed pseudo Wigner-Ville
distribution.
enablescrollingplot — Scrolling zoom selection tool
np_mc_nss_analysis — Multi channel non stationnary signal analysis using short term fft
wfir_gui — Graphical user interface that can be used to interactively design wfir
filters
writeXmlExcel — write excel xml file on any platform

Michaël
