Administrate Formal Modeling System Synamic Project MPI

            Implements a set of tools by mpi interface for formulating problemsof formal
modeling of system dynamics with subsequent multicomputer parallelization.

 The library includes the following features:
  - creation on a socket of a project of formal modeling of the dynamics of the
system;
  - obtaining the results of formal modeling of the dynamics of the system with
subsequent saving to a specified directory;
  - dispatching of the process of parallel solution of problems of formal
modeling of the dynamics of the system (the library analyzes which tasks should
be launched on the computational nodes at the current stage).
