Tests whether all coefficients of an array are zero
tf = gf_is_zero(a)
Real matrix: an element, a polynomial or a set of them.
T if every entry of a is 0, F otherwise.
gf_is_zero(a) tests whether a represents the zero element or the zero polynomial. It works on the whole array: for a matrix of several elements, the result is T only if they are all zero.
