Primitive polynomial of a field as a Scilab polynomial

The primitive polynomial F(3) as a Scilab polynomial in x.
gf_primitive_polynomial(F) returns the polynomial the field was built from, in Scilab's poly form, which is convenient for display. F(3) holds the same polynomial as a row of coefficients.
