Hello,
There is a license issue with this nice module: Whether the port to Scilab is under the
CeCILL, it is not the case for LCC-Win32 itself, that is not free, even for academic
usages: http://www.cs.virginia.edu/~lcc-win32/
It would be worthwhile to tell it in the description.

LCC-Win32 is an external tools.
If you install this atoms module and you have LCC win32 on your pc, then you can use it
with 
scilab.

this module is under Cecill licence, no files of lcc is used only some executable called by

a system call. there is licence trouble here.
