Description 
            WIME is an algorithm based on a wavelet transform that can be used to extract
amplitude modulated-frequency modulated oscillating components from a signal. It
is designed to be easy to use and easy to customize. The C library fftw3 has to
be installed (www.fftw.org). More information can be found in README.pdf.
