This toolbox provides a function allowing to concat an arbitrary number of pdf
files to form a single multipage file (based on the project https://github.com/pts/pdfconcat). A
macro xapp2pdf() with the same API as xs2pdf() is also provided and allows to
export graphics by appending apage to an existing file.
