Scilib-GEO provides a collection of basic functions used in geodaetic
calculations.
This version is tested for use with Scilab v5.2.2. Not all functions are
compatible to version 0.1.
New and revised functionality, especially in:
- sp3_parse_file()
- alm_parse_yumafile()
- atan2() - geodetic grid bearing
