Description
            Dynpeak is a Scilab toolbox for the detection of pulses in hormonal
signals. It is based on the paper: "Vidal A., Zhang Q., Médigue C., Fabre
S., Clément F. (2012) DynPeak: An Algorithm for Pulse Detection and
Frequency Analysis in Hormonal Time Series. PLoS ONE
7(7):e39001. doi:10.1371/journal.pone.0039001".

The pulse detection algorithm takes advantage of the hormonal signals
characteristics to discriminate pulses from other peaks.

The treatment of the time series can be driven with a graphical user
interface that allows in particular the interactive refinement of the
detection.
