Create Formal Modeling System Synamic Project

            Implements a set of tools for formulating problems of formal modeling of system
dynamics with subsequent multicomputer parallelization.

 The library includes the following features:
  - creation on a network disk of a project of formal modeling of the dynamics
of the system;
  - obtaining the results of formal modeling of the dynamics of the system with
subsequent saving to a specified directory.
