Forms an tasks of indexed names by template.
Based on the specified name base (name part on the left and part of the name on
the right) and index ranges, an array of indexed names is formed. These arrays
(both in the form of strings and in the form of numbers) can be specified both
directly and in the form of minima, maxima and a step. It is advisable to use
the functions of this library, for example, in file generation functions, for
example, code generation.
