In the most recent version Win64, 5.5.0. I have ran into an issue with placing elements.
red outline and the actual preview of the elements do not match up. It makes placing
elements difficult. Perhaps others have had this same issue.

This may be due to the version in the ATOM package manager as of 6/30/2014 being 2.3-1, I
might just have to manually update.

you're right, I just notice this issue as well, the atoms manager seems like still
pointing to the previous version. Manual updates would help.

do you have other modules such as plotlib installed? any error on the console?

Answer from Luis Diaz -- October 17, 2016, 11:12:59 AM
I was having a problem loading "guibuilder" when module "plotlib"
activated. After deactivation, guibuilder seems to start well. Works like a charm your
answer, but the question now is: why there is this incompatibility between both modules?
